Instructions for the Submission of Accepted Papers in IEEE CPE-POWERENG 2020

Publication Policy

Once the Conference has been held, papers will be sent to IEEE Xplore® Digital Library only if all three of the following requirements are satisfied:

- Submit all correct publication materials (including upload of final paper and transfer of copyright to IEEE);
- Pay at least one full regular registration associated with the paper ID until February 22, 2020;
- Present the work at the conference.

 1.  Submit correct publication materials

English is the working language of the Conference. Papers can be six (6) pages long, and are limited to maximum of eight (8) pages (with no additional fee). No additional pages will be accepted.

Authors must adhere to the IEEE Conference written paper format. PLEASE USE THE US LETTER FORMAT TEMPLATE.

The author must submit the final version of the manuscript(s) and sign online the “IEEE Copyright Form” before the final submission deadline. This process is done through the IES Submit system, which is accessed through the conference website.

IEEE is very strict about the compliance requirements for PDF files for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library. We strongly recommend using IEEE PDF eXpress® site to check your final version of the paper. Please log in using the conference code ID: 48600X.

Later, the IES PCT system will perform more checks on your final version, and authors of wrongly formatted papers will be contacted.

IEEE provides a set of templates in MS Word and LaTeX formats. We strongly recommend you use this set of templates provided by IEEE. Please use them to create your paper, but don’t modify the style nor the format under any circunstancies. PLEASE USE THE US LETTER FORMAT TEMPLATE.

Copyright Information

Submit only original work, not previously published or copyrighted. Prospective authors are expected to submit only their own original works. The Conference will be using the CrossCheck automated screening system to help verify originality of papers. Submitted works may be compared to over 20 million articles in databases worldwide. Papers that violate IEEE’s publication principles may be summarily rejected. If the violation is deemed severe, then disciplinary actions may also be taken by IEEE.

 2.  Pay full registration fee

An author must pay a registration fee until February 22, 2020, as indicated on the Conference registration page.

Prospective authors are invited to electronically submit full regular papers of their work using the link above. English is the working language of the conference. Regular and Special Session papers are limited to six (6) pages of A4 or letter format. An additional 2 pages can be included at extra fee.

Authors must adhere to the IEEE Conference paper format. Draft version of papers should be submitted for review before the submission deadline (see important dates).

IEEE is strict about the requirements for PDF files for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library. It is strongly recommended to use the set of templates in MS Word and LaTeX formats provided by IEEE. Please use them to create your paper (please do not modify the style or the format). We will be checking pdf compliance internally through our software, so please go ahead with submitting of your manuscript.

Please make sure that only original work is being submitted (not previously published/copyrighted). The conference will be using the CrossCheck automated screening system to verify the originality of papers. IEEE takes disciplinary actions when violations are detected.

Accepted papers must be presented at the conference. The final manuscript must be accompanied by a registration form and a full registration fee payment proof. Accepted papers duly presented during the conference will be submitted to inclusion in IEEE xplore online digital library and EI Compendex database.
